Once you have completed the application and uploaded the necessary documents in eCRBA you will be given a link to inform the American Citizen Services (ACS) Section your application is ready for an interview. The ACS section will contact you with an appointment date. Each applicant requiring a service at the Embassy must have a separate appointment. Please inform the embassy when you send the notification of a completed application that you have multiple children applying and want to schedule passport or CRBA services for all of your minor children on the same day: AddisACS@state.gov .
